Cassandra R. Hirth

Cassandra R. Hirth is a Rockford native and the founder of Hirth Law, LLC, where she focuses on defending individuals facing criminal and traffic charges throughout Rockford and the surrounding Northern Illinois communities.

Cassandra graduated from Rockford East High School and attended Rock Valley College before earning her bachelor’s degree from Northern Illinois University. She later earned her law degree from Northern Illinois University College of Law.

She founded Hirth Law with the goal of providing clients with knowledgeable, aggressive, and personal representation when their freedom, reputation, livelihood, or future is at stake. Cassandra believes that a strong defense begins with making sure clients understand the charges against them, the legal process, their available options, and the strategy being used to protect their interests.

Her practice includes DUI, domestic battery, felony and misdemeanor charges, drug offenses, weapons and firearm charges, traffic offenses, and expungement and sealing matters. She approaches every case individually, carefully examining the evidence, identifying weaknesses in the prosecution’s case, and developing a defense strategy based on the specific facts and circumstances involved.
